Join us for an interactive, hands-on workshop where we dive into the delicious world of sourdough pizza! You’ll learn how to make your own sourdough pizza dough from scratch—perfected for home ovens with no special equipment needed.
Together we’ll:
- Mix and knead our own dough to take home
- Explore the magic of sourdough fermentation
- Shape dough in a variety of styles
- Share and enjoy freshly baked pizza
You’ll also go home with a piece of Cornelius, Edible Alchemy’s beloved 160-year-old sourdough starter, and a tried-and-tested recipe to keep your pizza game strong.
What to bring:

Here a note from Luca: My name is Luca, I’m a baker from Napoli, Italy, and everything started with making pizza at home, out of curiosity and passion.That led me to explore bread, and later, the whole baking world, including pastries. For the past three years, I’ve been working at Albatross, sourdough bakery in Kreuzberg.
I enjoy sharing what I do—talking about it, teaching it. For me, passing on my experience is a way to keep this passion alive and growing.
