So maybe you've made kombucha and water kefir before... and you're looking for something a little more exciting, spicy or even intoxicating, something that gives us a buzz.... Here we learn the natural way through wild fermentation how to make the original ginger ale for our own Moscow Mules, and other natural and probiotic sodas using various plants and sugars!
This event is interactive and informative. Through taste, touch, sight, smell and discussion we will explore the fascinating microbiological processes that turn roots, leaves, flowers and seeds into effervescent and probiotic beverages.
We will be using natural ingredients such as local foraged ingredients and natural unrefined sugars.
As always, the event includes the probiotic snack and soda bar, plus a DIY Wild Soda Stations so you can take home your very own custom soda.
Tickets include all probiotic snacks and drinks, your custom made sodas, info sheets and an extensive knowledge of the microbial world.
