Renata Lira
Renata Lira is a renowned chef and food writer from Mexico City. She is known for her expertise in Mexican cuisine and has participated as a guest chef at various culinary events. Renata places great importance on using local ingredients and authentic preparation methods, which is reflected in her creative and traditional dishes.
The schedule
1. We warmly welcome you with a greeting from the Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro star kitchen and a sparkling wine reception. After a brief introduction, you will dive into the exciting world of Mexican tacos with our taco expert Renata Lira.
2. You will learn the original method of making corn tortillas and prepare traditional stews used as fillings. We will show you step-by-step how to prepare these delicious tacos yourself.
3. Afterwards, the cooked menu will be arranged and enjoyed together. Of course, there will be delicious drinks, and no one will leave hungry.
