Under the empathetic guidance of our Team behind our Head Chocolate Maker, Iza Delgado, you will be taken on a sensual journey of tastes and sensations. Schedule of our chocolate workshops in Berlin
– The courses last around two hours
– Up to 12 people can take part
– The course is held in English. German Option every Saturday at 4 PM.

Our Head of Chocolate, Iza, comes from Peru, a country with a long tradition of cocoa farming going back centuries. Her work at Rosa Canina Chocolate is characterized by deep respect and gratitude for the people at the base of our production chain.
Rosa Canina is our declaration of love. To the craft. To the quality of the best ingredients. And to the desire to try things out. We make no compromises in our work. Iza creates chocolates in our chocolate factory and develops new varieties. While cocoa beans are ground between the stone rollers of the melangeur, you can watch Iza patiently sorting the new delivery of beans by hand for the first roasting process. At our Bean-To-Bar workshop, you will gain an insight into Iza's everyday chocolate-making life.
