Join us for a fun and flavorful workshop where we’ll make kimchi together from scratch!
Whether you’re new to fermentation or already a fan, this session will guide you through the entire kimchi-making process — from preparing the vegetables and mixing the paste to packing your own jars to take home.
Each participant will make two jars of kimchi and enjoy a kimchi tasting alongside a korean-style snack and refreshments. All vegetables used are organic (where available), and the workshop is designed to be fun, practical, and delicious.
We’ll also explore the cultural roots of kimchi, Korea’s beloved fermented dish, cover the basics of fermentation, and share tips for customizing your batch to suit your taste.
