In this workshop, we mix the Italian culinary tradition with the tastiness and healthiness of mushrooms!
Mushrooms are an amazing and healthy super food, and we will show you how to cook with them, while learning and having fun together.
The meal will include a first dish, which can be typically a fungitarian pasta or a lasagne with sauce (both prepared from scratch), and a dessert. Depending on the day, we will make either an Aperitivo or a second dish. Cecilia will show different types of food preparations including little tricks and secrets of true Italian cooking, and Martin will share his expertise about preparing mushrooms, their nutritional value and the myths of fungi history.
During this cooking class that will last around 4 hours, you will enjoy the food you cooked, together with some wine that fits with the menu.
Bring some container for transport, to take leftovers home (if any!) and share with your friends or family!
