Join eperienced foraging guide Simka on a wander through Treptower Park and into Plänterwald, as we get all our senses engaged and learn how to identify, harvest, and prepare the bounty of edible plants growing here, which we can use for salads, soups, sauces, pestos and other gourmet creations.
We'll dive deep into all the ins & outs of keeping ourselves safe while foraging and harvesting sustainably -- no prior experience necessary. At the end of the tour, we will put our newfound skills into action, foraging & wildcrafting a delicious pesto to eat together in the forest.
