Thinking about diving into the world of tattooing but need that final push ? Perhaps you've got a tattoo machine collecting dust but still having doubts about this new art form?
Well, you’ve found your place! This workshop is your gateway to the captivating realm of tattooing, equipping you with the essential know-how to kickstart your journey.
Here's what's we will do :
1) Machine and Equipment Essentials: We'll talk about the various types of machines and technical nuances of the equipment needed. From setting up your tattoo table with hygiene in mind to different machine settings for lines, shading, and solid packing, we've got you covered.
[Bring your own machine if you have one, or fear not, as I'll guide you on the best gear to start with, suited to every budget.]
2) Hands-On Practice: Get ready to flex your muscles on faux skin! We'll provide machines, ink and needles for you to experiment with different techniques in line work, shading, and solid packing.
3) Artistic Expression: It's time to infuse your practice with creativity! Bring along a small design of your own (no larger than 8x8cm). We'll transfer it onto stencil paper and onto the faux skin, allowing you to bring your vision to life. I'll be right there beside you, offering guidance every step of the way.
4) The Grand Finale: What's a workshop without a tangible memento? You have two exciting options: either select one of my mini flash designs (approximately 5x5cm) and let me demonstrate the process on your skin, reviewing what you just practiced, or, if you're feeling ready, attempt the same design you practiced, but this time on yourself (or a friend) under my close supervision.
Got questions? Don't hesitate to reach out—I'm here to assist!
You don't need to bring anything to the workshop, but if you've got equipment, feel free to bring it along for a personalized consultation.
Get ready for an unforgettable experience! I can't wait to create art alongside you.
I speak fluent Spanish, French, English and Italian, and swapping from language to language is not a problem for me :)
