We are all creative beings. We are here to create. And our life is the canvas of our soul.

Or maybe a voice inside of you says Oh, I'm not creative, I can't paint, I'm just making a fool of myself. Then I would like to invite you now to follow this impulse, this call of your heart and soul. Because then this may now be your invitation to release these limiting beliefs.
I tell you: There is this wonderful creative power in you too!
In the space of the heart that we open, we drop the logical, analyzing mind. And give ourselves completely to trust.
We will meditate, connect with our courageous hearts and with our creative mind in order to create together and each for themselves their own personal image of connectedness and peace - your beautiful, unique Buddha.
Why Buddha?
You don't have to be a Buddhist to feel the power and energy of the Buddha. It is a universal symbol for inner peace and quiet, for balance and bliss and your inner limitless creative power.
That is why I have chosen it as a vessel through which we consciously and also on deeper subconscious levels connect with our very own 'Buddha nature'. In this container, we have the freedom to express our personal inner creativity through shapes, colors and symbols and to bring it to life on the canvas.
I will guide you gently and playfully to your creative self. Here mistakes are not only allowed, they are encouraged. Because only if we allow ourselves to make mistakes can we leave the old trodden (thought) paths and advance to new, unexplored worlds.
And in that we become more courageous on the canvas and trust ourselves to intuitively follow our heart and express our inner world creatively to the outside, we bring this courage, this awareness, this creativity into everyday life.
And so we unleash our creative light first onto the canvas and then into the world ...
