Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Virginia Jakim graduated as a Fashion Designer from the Buenos Aires University (U.B.A.). During her last years of college she studied goldsmithing techniques and Jewellery Design in Taller Eloi (Buenos Aires) at the same time she worked as Assistant Professor in the subject of Accessories Design (Chair Kweitel-Kohon) at the U.B.A.
After she graduated in 2013, she started working as a freelance fashion designer, as well as a jeweller and metalsmith, designing and making commissioned work for private clients and companies. At the same time, she started her career as a conceptual jewellery designer and artist.
In 2015, she relocated to Berlin where she still lives. Since then, she's been working as an assistant for different artists while continuing with her own artistic practice and Design career.
In recent years, Jakim has shown her work in different cities like Buenos Aires, New York, Porto, Hasselt and Berlin.
Josefina Anglada

Josefina Anglada graduated as an Industrial Designer from the University of Buenos Aires. While carrying out her studies, she learned the craft of jewelry making and assisted the jewellery artist Juan Vellavsky with the production of silver jewelry created with the technique of lost wax casting.
After finishing her studies, she worked professionally as a jewelry designer at a renowned luxury fashion brand in Argentina, Buenos Aires.
In 2015, she traveled to Germany where she completed her masters in Arts and Integrated design in Hochschule Anhalt. Dessau, as a legacy of the Bauhaus and its groundbreaking principle of interdisciplinary cooperation of arts and design, seemed to her an ideal place to start her own project.
In 2016, she relocated to Berlin where she lives and works as a freelancer and continues to develop herself as a jeweller.
