The needle painting technique -also known as thread painting- is a beautiful technique that will allow you to portray any subject in a more realistic way. I’ll teach you -with a 79 step guide- to represent through this artform a beautiful barn owl head.
You’ll use one strand of mouliné thread at a time and 15 different colors to be able to imitate the feathers, eyes and beak.
Although the pattern was designed to be followed by anyone, it is recommended to have a little experience with embroidery and its times.
Inside the box you’ll find all the materials to engage in your embroidery journey: Fabric, Wooden hoop, needle, cutted DMC threads, pattern (printed in water soluble fabric) and also a QR code that will bring you to a restricted area on my website.
